• Allergic reactions to any treat-related items (if applicable)
• Improper storage of items once delivered or picked up
• Damages caused by customer mishandling after pickup or delivery.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

All order details must be confirmed in writing (email, DM or invoice). Verbal requests will not be valid until written confirmation and payment are received.

DESIGN PROCESS POLICY

After payment has been received, I will send a digital mockup of your design for approval. Please check it over carefully for names, dates, colors, spelling and other details.

Color Disclaimer: Mockup colors may appear vary slightly on the actual product due to screen resolution, lighting, material surfaces, and printing processes.

You will receive (2) FREE revisions. Additional revisions will be invoiced at $10 each.

Once you approve the mockup, the order moves to production and no change will be allowed. Once in production, no refunds or edits can be made.

EVENT RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

Divine Kre8tions By P is not responsible for event cancellations, reschedules, or changes after an order has been completed. Please confirm your event details before placing an order.
