Refund policy

For Digital Downloads:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.  Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges cannot be issued once the files have been downloaded.  Please review all product descriptions, images, and file details before purchasing.

For Custom Items:

All sales on custom and personalized items are final.  Refunds / redos are only provided if there is a mistake on my part (incorrect spelling, incorrect design, or product not matching the approved mockup).
