Digital files means that no physical products will be shipped. Once payment is confirmed, your files will be available for instant download.

If you don't see the files in your inbox, please check your spam.

You MAY use the files for:

• Personal projects
• Small business use (creating, finished physical items to sell)

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, share or distribute the digital files
• Claim the designs or templates as your own
• Upload or sell the files on any website or marketplace

If you have trouble accessing or opening your files, please reach out to us viaemail. We're happy to assist you with downloading or format issues.

I do not work on any orders during weekdays (Monday - Friday). Orders must be placed and paid in full at least 2 weeks in advance of your event date. "Placed" means payment included - not just the discussion of your order.

If payment is not received until last minute, your order will not be completed. Last-minute and rush orders will not be accepted.

Local pickups must be scheduled in advance. Items not picked up within (7) days of completion may be resold or discarded. Delivery (if offered) will include an additional delivery fee.
