All items are personalized with your graduate’s name, school, colors, photos, and theme. A design proof will be sent before production to ensure accuracy.

Important Order & Design Policy

• A mockup proof will be sent before production begins
• Customer must check spelling, names, and colors carefully
• Two (2) free revisions included
• Additional revisions after two are $10 per change
• No refunds or cancellations once production begins

Please allow 10–14 business days for production before shipping. Larger or bulk orders may require additional time.

Shipping Time:
Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Local pickup may be available upon request.

Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, you must send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

No Refund Policy:
Because all items are custom and made to order, no refunds or cancellations are accepted once production begins.
